After I bought a lot of players for the team. We get three practice matches for ourselves.

Results

Practice Match • Oxford United 1-2 Leyton Orient
Maquire, Erichot, Abrahams
Abrahams

We went straight to the practice matches with new players and we won surprisingly from Oxford United FC who play one division higher. I'm very proud of our first win and hopefully we can continue it.

Practice Match • Southend United 0-2 Leyton Orient
Cox, Atkinson
Atkinson

After a surprising victory at Oxford United. We have to fight Southend United. That did not happen as I hoped they would get up early. My team had problems with attacking on the wings and can't get the ball to the striker. But we are not upset and opposed to the last practice match against Wolves.

Practice Match • Leyton Orient 1-4 Wolves
Ronan, Böðvarsson (2x), Phillips
Hunt
Böðvarsson

After a loss against Southend United we now have to play 2 divisions higher against Wolves. I did not feel well at all and unfortunately we lost to Wolves. We can look back at the practice matches with head lifted. And we will focus on the start of Sky Bet League Two against Folkestone.
Great Story mate, looking forward to it :)

The beginning of an new era

Monthly Overview

And we're off! The first game for the Sky Bet League Two against Cheltenham. With a new player! "Theirry Ambrose is on loan to Leyton Orient FC for two years.''

Results

League Two - Matchday 1 • Folkestone 2-1 Leyton Orient
Hopkins, Blake, Ambrose
Blake

We went straight to the first match of the Sky Bet League Two. Not great start but good preformance of Thierry Ambrose who scored in his debut.

EFL Cup - 1st Round • Leyton Orient 2-1 Fulham
N'Nomo, Martin, Hylton
N'Nomo

After a disappointing loss against Folkestone, we had to go to Fulham for the EFL Cup. The expectation was that we would be knocked out the first round by Fulham. But nothing is less like N'Nomo's beautiful free kick and Hylton's intrigue we defeated Fulham. I think this is a game we will not forget soon. During the lottery it came out that we had to play Watford in the 2nd round of the EFL Cup.

League Two - Matchday 2 • Leyton Orient 2-0 Newport County
Raynes, N'Nomo
Pope
N'Nomo

After the win at Fulham, we managed to hold the win against Newport County. After a red card for David Pope of Newport County. We get a penalty and N'Nomo enters him and we were assured of the profit. Hopefully, we will retain the win against Watford for the 2nd round of the EFL Cup, which will not be an easy match.

EFL Cup - 2nd Round • Watford 3-0 Leyton Orient
Deeney (2x), Okaka
Deeney

After 2 winnings in a row, there was a non-easy match for the EFL Cup. We had to fight Watford. Not much about this match to say. Watford was just the better party by two goals of Troy Deeney and one goal of Okaka. Are we disabled for the EFL Cup.
Who the hell are Folkstone? Thought they were a Scottish side. Also how have you managed to get all those players with the financial situation Orient are in? Just interested.

Good luck mate, a good start to the league campaign, hopefully the Orient are on their way back up!

Can't say I've ever heard of Folkestone either, to be honest!

Good question Scott,

two weeks after I signed my contract as manager by Leyton Orient, I got a message that a local investor Ken Hodcroft has takeover at Leyton Orient and I've made an affiliated club, Liverpool.
Decent start in the League. Unlucky to face Watford, amazing FM starter team, in the second round already!

Monthly Overview

''Talks regarding Ken Hodcrot's potential takeover at Leyton Orient are said to progressing well and a deal could be struck in the coming days, according to FourFourTwo.''

I've changed my formation from 4-3-3 to 4-1-2-3 Wide. I had no confidence in the formation. Hopefully with this formation though.

Results

League Two - Matchday 4 • Carlisle United 1-0 Leyton Orient
Waring
Collins
Waring

After the loss of Watford and be eliminated for the EFL Cup. Had we had to go further in the Sky Bet League Two against Carliste United. Last five games • Three wins and two lost. I Think i'm gonna change my Formation.

League Two - Matchday 5 • Leyton Orient 2-0 Yeovil
Koroma, Atangana
Koroma

I think I can be satisfied with the new formation. 2-0 convincingly won by Yeovil. With goals of Koroma and Atangana.

League Two - Matchday 6 • Notts County 0-1 Leyton Orient
N'Nomo
Bola
N'Nomo

This game was very lucky that we won it thanks to a red card and a used N'Nomo penalty shootout, we are now unbeaten three games. Keep it up boys!

League Two - Matchday 7 • Leyton Orient 2-1 Plymouth
N'Nomo, Weir, Carey
Kennedy, Jombati
N'Nomo

And that's three! Again, a match won against Plymouth with 2-1. By a beautiful free kick of N'nomo and intrigue of Weir. We are 3rd in the League Table 2 points behind Colchester.

Player Of The Month

Ulrich N'Nomo

Ulrich N'Nomo was the breakthrough star of pre-season, scoring four in six starts and assisting twice, and allowed his team to break forward ahead of him. Playing with a confidence far beyond his years, Ulrich N'Nomo could well be the surprise package of the season.
looks like the new tactic is working for you man! good work!
Hopefully you can build on this momentum.
