Tactical Familiarize

Hi I've played FM for a while and I never seen these before (sorry for the shoddy arrows on the pic)




Will the Attackers have those to like the defence and midfielders do and what colour do those turn when they are all got familiarize what their part of my tactics will be?

It seems that these lines inform you how well the players linked will cooperate on the field. I have those between side backs and wingers on both sides, between central defenders and between 2 out of 3 central midfielders. When you substitute one of the players connected with other (e.g. after red card) the line disappear, same after you remove all players from the starting eleven. Probably forwards will get that too when they will be more familiarized with the roles and postions they play at and after playing some time together
