FM Nation?

I've asked around and nobody seems to have any idea how to use the Korean FM site, FM Nation. Gunzo just uploaded his new skin on there, but I don't have the necessary points, or something, to access it. Since I don't speak Korean, I don't understand how to get these points, and so I can't access the files. It's been frustrating me for years now, and still no English speakers seem to know how to get these "points." So, I need to rely on some random kind soul to put the skin files on mediafire every year, which usually never happens until February.

Anyone?
