Regen in 10.3 version

I install the new 10.3 version and already run 1 year in the game.
I could figure out that regens are much better than the last version.
Eventually, we got real star (4-5 per year) starting at CA=130 while released.

In the last version, it was a pain to have such bad regens, the problem is now fixed.

See, this just confirms my suspicion that they'd fix the annoying Regen problem and that I should definitely wait for the new Genie Scout before continuing my game.

I'm in the 2022/2023 season on my game and there are hardly any good players left because most of the Regens if not all have been mediocre at best!

yesss, and it's just wonderful ! im on my second season with liverpool, last game i played newcastle in the FA-Cup semifinal , i crushed them 4-0, however whats interesting about this match is that i had a avreage age of an amazing 19.6 years old... needless to say, im florushing in talent... and since geinescout doesnt work, i've also learned the joy of building a real scoutingsystem... really gives the game a new dimension, not just to do the same old "best buys" on every singel new game !
