Excellent start. You seem to be living up to the high-standards of the supporters and board. Scott Sinclair has been brilliant, too.

CELTIC FC RESULTS UPDATE SPECIAL!

THE OLD FIRM DERBY!

We had been anticipating this game for weeks on end, the fans chattering around street corners about the first Old Firm Derby under my management, and the fans expected a lot from this game, as we were on a crazy run of form, and ohhhhh boy did they get what they wanted!

We hammered our fierce rivals Rangers 4-0 in The Ladbrokes Championship at Celtic Park! The scenes were just breathtaking, the atmosphere magical, the fans singing " Youll Never Walk Alone" before kick off, the noise, everything that we brought to the game, the fans helped us all the way, acting as the Ultimate twelfth man!. It was just a sight to behold!

Celtic fans in full voice.

We started the game strong, going all out attack, and putting Rangers under immense pressure, until finally we broke the deadlock from a Scott Sinclair corner on 14 minutes with a mighty near-post Filip Benkovic header, sending our fans into utter chaos. We then continued our relentless pressing and fast paced attacks on the break, and it paid well, as Rangers tried to hold onto the ball for long periods of the game to try and break this, but to no avail. On 30 minutes, Olivier Ntcham scored a bullet of a shot that went low and into the left hand corner, again sending the fans into mayhem, with beers being thrown in the air! Complete madness!. And then on 31 minutes Scott Sinclair tucked one away into the right hand corner, and the scenes were amplified even more, with fans almost shaking the stadium with celebration, and the noise deafening!.

In the second half Rangers were more successful at holding on to the ball, creating a good few opportunities, with Alfredo Morelos even hitting the post. But on 73 minutes, Scott Sinclair produced a moment of magic, with a free kick from just on the D, he curled it into the top right hand corner, and Sinclair ran over towards the fans in the corner and celebrated with unmatched passion, and most of our outfield players ran at full speed towards him, jumping on him and celebrating with him. It was a magical moment for sure!

For my first Old Firm Derby as manager of Celtic, I could not have asked for more. The players were hungrier than ever, the fans more passionate, the overall spectacle just electric. Now I truly know why they nickname Celtic Park "Paradise"!

Celtic Way, The Path to Paradise.
Cracking result for you and the boys.
