Hi all. So i offered assane gnoukouri a contract which was accepted but he was refused a work permit. So i have taken him on with the option of loaning him out as he can not play in the SPL without a permit until this can be resolved. I am new to FM19 and i dont seem to see anything that will give me this option.Can someone please help me out with this? or how to go about it? Thanks in advance.

You have to wait until he joins you. At which point he'll appear in the squad with WP next to him. You just need to offer him out on loan until someone takes him.
Something to consider is you can ask your board to find you a Feeder Club specifically for Work Permit issues and see what they return. That will make the process of farming him out somewhere very easy in the future.
