Injuries

I seem to be getting a lot of injuries to my squad, can anyone tell me how to help prevent them? My coaching team takes training so not sure if it’s anything to do with that. Thanks
Some tips

1. Make sure the players are happy with the training schedule.
2. Work out if the injuries are happening in training or in matches.
3. Hire better physios.
4. make sure to play older players less and ensure players have at least 90% fitness before starting a game.

all of that seems fine thanks but getting so many injuries it’s beyond a joke. I get a player back from 3 months out and then he’s out again for another 3.

Sounds like you either have extremely injury prone players, or you’re throwing players recovering from injury straight back in without easing them in carefully.
in my opinion it’s not normal. My training is fine and my players aren’t injury prone. I can’t see how it’s happening. Constant injuries.
I ease them back in when they come back, can’t figure it out. Almost seems like a glitch in the game.
I’ve seen that most my players are at high risk of injury..... what’s the best way to alter training so that they aren’t at such high risk all the time?
