I've always played the same way, since CM01/02.
Windowed, because I actually spend a lot of time doing something else than playing.
The game can be opened 12 hours in the day, but I'll play half of the time. I go a lot on internet, I watch tv shows, I watch streams,... All that with FM opened
Which is why I don't use skins, because I'd need one very adapted to windowed mode.
