New here so please bear with me.
I’m currently in the third season With Arsenal. My Club Vision/Objectives are mainly concerned with getting Europa qualification (required) and putting up a fight in the this years Europa tournament as well as the FA Cup (preferred). The only other ‘Required’ I have is to not sign players over 30 years old..I’m wondering if I would be sacked for breaching this by signing Cristiano Ronaldo?
As far as my Prem campaign is currently going, I am top of the league over half way through the season. 4th looks like worst case now, so well in advance of the Europa expectation. I have the option to sign CR7 on a free aged 36 (he’s still on fire!) for one or two years but worried there will be board repercussions? I wondered if the added marketability would be taken into account?
Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated.
