Has any one else found that their scouts (with great JCA and JPA) Will only score a player between 50-60%, this for me isn't good enough to sign them. Only for a top club to go and sign them and them become a 40-60 mill pound player. Why does this happen? Surely my scouts should be able to recognise their talent? Or does this value change the more you scout them?
I am always setting to min. recommendation to "90".

I trust my scouts only at half. If they have the right attributes for the role I want, then I am going to approach him.
