Poll: New stadium or Upgrade trainning facility?

I was playing Knockbreda pretty weak club half star with basic faculty and poor youth reqruitment
The stadium capacity is 2500 with poor pitch.
In 2022 I made to top league and almost club their is so rich but lucky I still always manage to stay up between 6 to 9 place every season. with my weak player. I already made some decent financial I was thinking if I will upgrade my training facility or building new stadium.


Stadium
Pros-More capacity more income.
Cons-Might have poor attendance record because of club fame.

Current stadium
( Average attendance per year is 1400 cost 93.8 per season ticket and 5 euros per game.)

Training facility
Pros- Better player
Cons- Higher maintenance value
Higher wage of better player

If your stadium has a capacity of 2500 and you average 1400, don't do a stadium. There is already more seats than needed, a new one won't bring any income.

Training Facility upgrade without any doubt.

If you aren't within 95% attendance consistently of your current stadium in your top division then training facility, youth recruitment or range & junior coaching are the ways to go.
