# iiiioooque : thanks @dawon, thats what i was hoping to hear :D

new possibilities will now be explored!

keep FMing!

First of all get good coaches and then as long as you get money in your club upgrade your facilities
my facilities are almost at top, 18 or 19 i think!

and i think that having top facilities doens't improve your players past their potential ability :/
Nothing helps improving the players past their max PA :D but it's important what you do with that PA...managing to develop the key attributes for a certain position is by far the most important thing, and this individual training does help. For example a regen DM had 5 at strength...and at the age of 24 he had 16 :) , but I find it very useful for certain attributes that are needed but are the only ones on a training slider....for example..to improve a defender's composure i would have to make him train shooting, which can increase some other attributes that aren't needed and would be a waste.

Training facilities levels are important because the higher they are the more attributes are available for individual training. And I guess it helps players develop faster, not 100% sure on that but it should be.
# Dawon : It can get the certain atribute you are focused on higher then it shows on genie with max PA,i've managed to get Fábio's (MU) stamina to 13,even tho genie said it will only go up to 11 :-)

@tomy, as you can see, its possible to improve past the PA ;)

but the amount of individual training options displayed beeing directly related to the level of training facilities is a good point in deed!

thanks mate!
