"Library" tab on Steam not working

Good morning,

Hoping someone can help me....

I bought FM 2021 yesterday and entered the Product key and the game is showing as purchased on Steam.

However, I can't seem to install the FM 2021 pre-game editor onto my laptop.

On Steam "Library" tab, all I am getting is a blank screen with an icon in the middle with three squares underneath it, alternatively flashing.
Sorry, I can't work out how to attach a screen-shot of what Steam screen looks like.

Anyone know what's going on? My Steam account is set as online.

This sounds very much like a Steam issue, not an FM issue, so hit up Steam Support :-)
