Genie Scout is not working. Used it last night, and today it's not working
I see you're only on version 10, you need to update to version 11, else it won't work.
I've explained it a few times in the comment section on the download page.
GS21 'g' edition is updated for 21.3 but the public edition will be delayed until late March. This is Eugene's way of rewarding his direct supporters twice a year (after game launch and after the winter update).

I also want to know why my version is not supported and for that I am searching for it online. I am glad I have found your post. After reading your post. I will gonna update my version into 11 and I hope it will work.
