Is it possible to prevent the use of editors?

I'm a volunteer at a lower league football club in Scandinavia and now that the season is on break (has been since early November and is until early March) I'm trying to think of stuff to engage our fans until the league starts again.

I was thinking about doing a FM challenge with some prizes. Something like "play with our club and win Champions League in X year".

But is there any way to prevent people from cheating? I believe you can disable SI's own editor but can you prevent the use of other third party editors like FMRTE?

And what about save scumming?

In short: does it make sense to make such a challenge?
Would be difficult to prevent third party editors.

As for the save reloaders - perhaps set a limit to how many times the game can be saved in the challenge/per season? It won’t completely stop it but will batton down the hatches somewhat.

Haven't been able to find any info on this either but without this possibility I not sure it makes since to do such a challenge. At least not with prizes involved.

Yeah I remember this feature from earlier editions but wasn't sure if it was still there.
