Brazil names after fix has been applied

So I started a new Wolfsburg save after the 22.3 update, installed the name fix so all the clubs in Brazil were showing the correct full names (fantastic) But when I've come to load it back up the clubs names have reverted back to the 3 letters. Its driving me nuts! All previous update folders have had the correct files deleted and installed so I dont know what's going on. Any ideas?

Quit the game (if it's open). Verify Files on Steam. Restart the system. Then continue like you did in first time: https://www.fmscout.com/a-fm22-real-names-license-fix.html

Start a new save.

This has broken for me too. I've tried reapplying the fix. Current Brazil save and a New save still both showing 3 Letter Names for all Brazil clubs
