I just change the heigth or the weigth in the filter but it doesn't apply the filter's changes
You have to put in a minimum and maximum for it to work. Use maximum 230 for height and 180 for weight.

For example,I have put this(20 and 180 for weight and 170 and 230 for heigth) and no change is applied.
I have a small test save with only around 16,000 players. When I put those values in it brings back 14,800 players. It is hardly noticeable. I am not sure what you are trying to achieve, especially with weight. There are only players with no weight recorded that are outside that range.
