problem with graphics

In game pictures didnt show. I download beta flut skin dark.

I dont know how to fix that

does somebody know whats the problem?

Try downloading and putting one of the face megapacks from sortitoutsi into the graphics folder

I can't operate it correctly. It always fails and this is not my area of expertise. Anyone have a simpler method?
