I am playing as Glasgow Rangers and the summer transfer window has just opened after the end of season 1. I agreed/finalised two player sales during the 2nd half of the season. However now that the players have actually joined their new clubs my transfer budget has not been increased. I currently have 100% transfer sales will be made available. I agreed/finalsed a sale once the window was open and that players fee was added to my budget. Anyone know a reason why the other two were not added? I was expecting those two sales to basically double my available transfer budget.
