How do I change the club names?

After the update Roma is called Capitoline, Napoli is called Parthenope. How do I change this? Its ridicious.

The fix posted above does not fix the Capitoline name for Roma

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Football Manager 2023\data\database\db\2300\lnc\all

Delete Roma.lnc

Had same problem, which took a little investigation, but it appears the update has also added the files back into previous versions, which means you need to delete and replace files in all update versions, 2300 & 2330 and any others. I also suggest this will need to re-done each time there is a further update!
