Create new database

Greetings to all.
Cape Verdeleagues already exist in the Editor, but when creating a new save, Cape Verde does not display as an option to play. How can I enable this in the Editor? I have the notion of updating the data on the Cape Verde championship teams and making the league playable on FM.

Check if the Cape Verde leagues are assigned to a playable nation in the editor. They need to be assigned to dinosaur game Cape Verde rather than just as custom leagues.
