Vote poll feature

Hi. I would like to know if there is a way to elaborate vote polls when writing a topic. I think it can be an easy way to get feedback on a certain subject. Also because it would get users to participate a little more: sometimes I read certain topics and don't care to comment for whatever reason, but if it has a vote poll I'd almost certainly vote.

Wouldn't it be a good idea to make vote polls more usual around fmscout.com?

And how about a "like" & "don't like" feature added in every topic, or every comment??

Wouldn't it make it more like a social networking site? I mean a forum is generally used to post views and help people involved with what the forum is about and have a community. That does not depend on if u 'like' or 'unlike' something. Thn again I can see where your coming from, and regarding votes what stops u from posting if u have to voice an opinion?

i think if u like something take the patience to write it down and elaborate a real post, not some like/dislike fast-food post!!

OK forget the "like" & "don't like" thing!! I don't like social networks and don't even have a facebook page!! And that wasn't my main purpose when I started this topic...

Its no problem mate people on these forums are allowed to express their opinions, mean vote polls will be used but I think some people have problems with it, out of I dunno the unknown? find it easy to use in all fairness, you are entitled to start the voting revolution if u want ut I understand what u mean in this topic. Like on sky sports where there are regular votes, like will he keep his job, who will take over the vacancy, and who is going to win e.t.c

Yes there is a feature but it appears to be offline, but this is just a period of transistion, it is usually found nearby the new topic button under the heading new poll (although this could change after the updates)

It's possible in certain forum sections but not everywhere. Where (section) would you want to utilize polls?
