Board Demands and Tactics

Hi,

I'm new to FM24 but not to FM. I'm playing Forest in my second season and the board have just changed the entire footballing philosophy. They want me to play possession-based, high-tempo, attacking and entertaining football.

I've never encountered this combination before and I genuinely have no idea where to start.

Any help would be appreciated.

Board Vision regarding playing style is based according to your success from previous season. So, if you where successful; then board vision will adapt. Continue what you do, and don't worry about it. It's a cosmetic thing.
