Only domestic players?How??!!

Does anybody know how to edit the database( with the editor), in order to set this restriction for a club: to sign only player of a certain nationality?
This restriction is in the game .At Athletic Bilbao you are allowed to sign only players of Basque nationality.

I've looked in the editor and tried almost everything i think.

So does anybody know something about this?

I don't think it is possible because i used editor a lot of times and I couldn't do it but if anyone else knows how to do that I would be intrested.

Huh? My previous reply suddenly disappeared.
What I said is that I highly doubt if this is possible, though that if you say is true. They should implement it in the next version of fm (probably fm2012 - not the 11.3 patch). It should, however, be possible to increase the domestic player preference of the manager.
