But from now on I start my saves or preseason differently, starting with a team meeting with the aim to improve the club atmosphere and coach support.
Then after that I click the squad social group page, then a players profile and send each foreign player on a language course, and then create a tactic, finally adjust my training schedule to include team bonding, community outreach, match tactics and match practice.
With this few steps I managed to improve Psg team cohesion from very poor to average in just 3 weeks
