Help with seria A reserve fixture pls

hey guys im tryin to play as Parma on my new game,but i just realize that italy dont have a reserve competition so my reserve player only train and never play,im affraid that their stats will go down

can any1 help me with editing guide to make a reserve competition?

well any info would do me good at this moment,so pls help with anything..

do i need to make a league for that or just put my reserve team in a league like EPL or serie B??

and whats the difference between reserve,B team,amateur team,2 team,or ll team??

If you want to create a reserve league for Serie B you would have to create new competition rules for Italy or you just could put reserve team for Parma and put this reserve team in Serie C2 or somthing.
