staff issue

hi,

i need some help, i am starting my 11th season and i decided to switch from my unstoppable barca squad, to tottenham to try and bring them some succes. at the moment i resigned from barca, 17 trainers and 12 scouts also left the club together with me.

after 2 weeks tottenham accepts me to lead their team, no comes the problem all the staff members that left barca together with me still have no new jobs yet, and when i try to get them to my team they reject, also tried it with the help of fmrte to let them like tottenham for 100% but even that doesn't help.

so how can i solve this issue, i mean why would they leave with me if they don't want to join me on another team. even though i am on their list of favourite personal.

Maybe tottenham's reputation isn't enough for them to want to sign

maybe try to change your rep. on FMRTE, don't know if it 'ill work though ...

tried it aswell doesn't seem to help
strange thing though as you search a trainer after you fire it or after it leaves
they automagically have a new team already without you seeing it ingame
for example ricardo moniz suddenly was trainer already for dortmund, while the game showed he wasn't on any team yet. and after 2 weeks he finally worked there

that's strange indeed!

but i've never tried to bring my staff from a previous club i've managed to the one i signed so my help is limited!
