patch 11.3 setup problem

please help mee...when i try to setup the new patch ,an error window appears and say like in the picture ..can anybody solve my problem ??



also how can i put picture into this message ?

Try to delete that "skins.fmf" file and start the setup again..maybe you got some corrupted skins in there..

I had this problem when I was installing 11.2 patch and what I did was cut skin.fmf into documents then install the patch and move skin.fmf back.
