probable 'cause sega don't agree with those federations. I don't know about Japan but germany it's a big loss.
Do u not know how to get real players in the game?? Can send the way to do it if you want, will mean starting a new game though.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\football manager 2012\data\db\1200\lnc\all

Delete files you find...... thats the way for steam users, ill post the way for disc users 2mo, as ill need to install through disc unless anyone else does it in the meantime.

Well for non steam users, or disc users the path should be the following

C:\Program Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2012\data\db\1200\lnc\all

but i didn't saw any difference...:S
you need to start a new game though, after you have deleted.

but you can fix real names and such using this:

dont need to start a new game for the "inc" files.
C:\Program Files (x86)\SEGA\Football Manager 2012\data\db\1200\lnc\all

in that folder you have 3 files wich you can open with notepad and in files you can change names of clubs, control of china south korea japan and germany national teams....
