Genie Loading Incorrect Players

Hi,

I've bought a new lap top and installed the latest version of Genie Scout, however now when I load the game and search for players it loads some random players and clubs that aren't in the game.

I've tried downloading and re-installing again but it doesn't work. Please help :-)

I have exactly the same problem.

Ramdom players ,clubs and stats.

Same here!
It loads random players, that don't exist in the real game.
However, it sometimes can load real players, but then they play a different position in a different club with stats that don't match the actual ones in the game!

PLEASE correct this bug!!

I've learned that this problem may be fixed by sending your Unique ID (scout) to Genie with an explanation of the problem. He'll then send you some repairing instrucions. This isn't a Genie Scout bug - it's an individual PC generated problem.
I'm awating instructions from Genie right now - hope it works

i have the same problem after instaling a fresh windows on a new ssd disk.
the fmscou12 works but fmscout12g has the same problem
