Having played FM11 with Maidenhead, taken them to the EPL and then have work take over my life for a while to the stage where you lose interest....we've all been there.
Armed with FM12, I want to begin my journey at a lower end club (BSN/S), and work myself through the ranks and then off to other leagues, but I also want to work with players developed by the club, or players available on free transfers only.
I therefore propose the following as a starting proposition:
Journey will be to the top of the tree, and the normal attempts to get the club profitable, and the reputation increased etc etc etc
Does that sound like a challenge others would be interested in reading about?

Start at a non-league club, but have edited the facilities and training to be fully developed;

Only sign players on free transfers (ie no comp due to clubs either, at least initially)

No other editing will occur.
