Injured players

HI good day
I am playing football manager it a team of Portugal( CS Maritimo),at the endo of the championship at least 7 games or 9 to end i start have too many problems it injured players! this happened soo many times in game?I had a game it 3 injured players?

Why this keep happenning?

too hard training maybe? too many injury prone players? and too many unfit players?

in chat a menber of forum say that it can be when in matches i puch too for players it low fitness!!!!

I am playing now i put the train medium and dont puch too much for the players,the things is nice for now
