I ve been posting a few teams I've been managing lately Newcastle and Wigan and been quite successful with the teams but there isn't really a major challenge as they are already established teams and I've been reading some posts and information about lower league teams and have decided to go Plymouth Argyle as my hardest challenge on FM.
They are a team riddled with debt and with no real prospects of promotion with a very poor squad so its a real challenge as there are no funds to acquire players and not a lot of interest in players to be sold so I'm stuck in a dilemma.
I am going to use the same philosophy i use when i manage on FM with an attacking formation and revamp of back room staff but i m going to try and use other techniques to raise as much funds as i can.
I am currently asking the board for a parent team to raise money annually and i have also cancelled all recent pre season fixtures and chose my own to raise as much revenue as i can just to keep the club afloat until new ownership comes into place
Well here i go ill post some info soon just to let use all know how I'm getting on any advice will be grateful as this is a big challenge and all help is welcome
