May 2021

So basically, May was a dreadful month in the league. 5 matches, four losses and one draw. But we are still in the cup.

June 2021

In this month there were only three matches. Two with Northern Ireland and one with Tromsø.

We are facing Rosenborg in the quarter finals, and I personally don't think we'll have a chance against them.

Injuries

Tromsø's star striker Eiríkur Leifsson got injured during the international break and was ruled out for a month. At the moment he is expected to return in 3-4 weeks.

All of the injured players in May are fully fit.

Other news

We have secured the signing of Fredrikstad's Brazilian winger Pereira. Price: 4,3 million Norwegian Kroner (Approximately £460 000)

July 2021

In July we played seven matches. Tromsø is slowly getting back on track with a couple of victories in July. And a twist turn happend.

Swedish right winger Sebastian Johansson was sold to Eintracht Frankfurt.
Price: 1,2 million Norwegian Kroner

Danish striker Nicolai Brock-Madsen joined Tromsø on a free transfer.

Injuries

Kjetil Neple got injured in training, and was ruled out for 6-7 weeks.
Joshua King got injured in the match Tromsø - Sion, and was ruled out for three months.
Eiríkur Leifsson returned back to full training, and is set to be back in the beginning of August.

I have recieved a job offer from the Jamaican national team, who wants me to be their manager. I am already managing Northern Ireland, and I think that I will reject the job offer, but what do you think? Should I join Jamaica, or stay at N. Ireland?

The Norwegian nomad moves on!

I have accepted the job offer I recieved from Jamaica, which means my days as the national manager of Northern Ireland comes to an end. Jamaica has unfortunately no chance of making it to the World Cup in 2022.



How do you think I'll do it as manager of Jamaica? Is the World Cup of 2026 within reach?

August 2021

August was the month Tromsø started to fall down the table, but with back-to-back wins at the end, we are now hopefully starting the climbing.

New job

In the beginning of April, I recieved a job offer from Bolton and I accepted it. Bolton are currently in npower League 1, so my goal will be to get them back to the Premier League.

With five matches left of the season Bolton are in 10th place, three points behind the last play-off place.

How do you think I'll do it?
