I've played older versions of Championship Manager and Football Manager, however, I just got started in FM 2012 a few days ago.
After three failed attempts at managing São Paulo FC, this is my fourth try. NOW it seems I'm learning this game.
So for a first post, I'll start by saying that Marco Ruben was the great fiasco of my 3rd attempt, I tried to replace Luis Fabiano, who is São Paulo's current best Striker but is physically horrible and the result was a failure.
At this fourth start, I got Roni and Enio as main reinforcements, using 4-1-3-2 as suggested by a very nice guy from these forums and counting on 4-4-2 (Defensive) and 4-1-2-1-2 (Attacking) as alternative tactics. So far, success!
Also, I've resigned the loan contract I had for Rivaldo, expecting to replace him by Enio.
