Need a right winger for Watford

I'm Watford and have no money left to spend so am looking for a free transfer, unattached player or a free loan deal for a right winger. Wages preferably around 1/2k.

I've got some wage budget freed up this summer transfer window but I'm already bringing in Hernan Crespo (I know), and I'm trying to be careful with what's left.

I'm still in my first season so this will be the summer of 2012 that they'll sign.
I've got by this season by loaning Jose Baxter who likes to play there, but other options seem to be limited.

Nearly signed a guy from Cape Verde on a free called Gilson Silva, but he couldn't get a work permit. Neither could Danny Cruz who would have been free from the USA.

Any help would be appreciated. If you know how to get around this work permit deal or any players you might recommend.

Possibly Raheem Sterling?

I imagine Raheem Sterling would be too expensive due to his potential.

My scout found me a 16 year old Scottish winger, playing for Carrick Rangers under 18s in Ireland, who has the potential to be a leading premier league winger. I signed him on the cheap.

I'm going to alternate between Mark Yeates, Davide Petrucci and him this season I think.
