December: Still consistent

We suffered defeats but we are still very consistent going into the new year.

January: TRANSFER TIME

It's that time of the year! The January transfer window is now open and we have completed 13 deals but back to the fixtures. I will not be doing the layout as the post is mainly about transfers but here are the fixtures and league table:

That's a bucket load of arrivals and departures! It might just have a negative impact on team cohesion and such...I hope they work out for you though.

Atlético Madrid announce link with Red Bull

Spanish side Atlético Madrid have today announced a new sponsorship with energy drink giants Red Bull. Many fans are happy with this announcement as Red Bull have a history for pumping big money into several clubs. Although, some fans are worried for the identity of the club as much as they invest, Red Bull also have a history of changing everything about a club, two examples are New York Red Bulls and FC Red Bull Salzburg, formerly known as New York and SV Austria Salzburg and both plays at Red Bull Arena (different countries) when NY Red Bulls used to play at Giants Park and FC Red Bull Salzburg used to play at Stadion Lehen. So, is this a new start at Atlético Madrid? Nobody is sure but one thing is for certain, potentially, big money will be invested into the Madrid side.

Perhaps some new kits will come along with them as the sponsor

Red Bull stamp their mark on At. Madrid

New Atlético Madrid sponsors Red Bull have unveiled their new Red Bull Arena in Madrid. In the last 7 months construction has taken place with many residents wondering what it was and now it is Atlético Madrid's new home. The Red Bull Arena in Madrid is the 4th version of them with others being in New Jersey (NY Red Bulls), Salzburg (FC Red Bull Salzburg) and Leipzig (RB Leipzig). Atlético Madrid have also announced a new kit sponsorship with them which will end at the end of the 2015/16 season.
