http://s1096.photobucket.com/user/Silas_Harrison/media/Michael-Laudrup-Swansea-C-008.jpg.html

Today it was announced that Swansea manager Michael Laudrup has resigned as manager of Swansea. It is thought that he has had an arguement with Chairman Huw Jenkins over transfer funds.

Chairman Huw Jenkins had this to say after the announcement had been made "It has been confirmed today that manager Michael Laudrup has left his role as manager. Laudrup did have a very good first season with us, with him getting the team into Europe. But unfortunately him and the club have parted ways, we would like to wish Michael all the best for the future". He also went on to say "As of today we will be looking for a new manager, we do have some names in mind and we will be approaching them in the next few days".

It is thought that the favorite to take the job is unknown manager Silas Harrison but Tony Pullis, Gus Poyet and Martin Jol have all been linked with the job.
