2013-09-10 08:45#134370 HamoudiLFC : I'm back! (Well, not posting-wise but my internet has been fixed) and it will be great to see that you have a story from Estonia! I was going to do an Estonian story but since I had Armenian Ancestors I wanted to "do this for the fam" :P

anyways good luck! The key to success is Europe! :D

Well, and the fact Armenia is a harder challenge? Right? Am I right?

We're qualified for the Champions League for the first season, will be looking to get as far as possible in that.

EDIT: I mentioned your story in the OP

Thank you for reading. I hope we can win all our matches in the coming month.

A much better month in terms of results (didn't really expect anything against Flora, who along with Levadia have been powerhouses in recent years), but I was disappointed with the match vs. Paide LM. We were the much better side and dominated the game, but we had to rely on a 90+3 goal from Tarmo Neemelo to beat them. I was impressed this month by the defensive midfield partnership of Yankuba Ceesay and Eino Puri, but all save one of the goals came from our forward four of Allan Kimbaloula, Neemelo, Oliver Konsa (who I will post a screenshot of), and Kristen Viikmae.

Due to the good results this month we have raced ahead of the pack. The competition of the league, and the competition for the one Champions League spot, feels low.

Player of the Month

You may think that it would be an obvious choice to choose Neemelo after another great month in the league, but it was strike-partner Oliver Konsa who impressed me more. In addition to scoring more goals, he generally impressed me more than Neemelo on the pitch.

Speaking of good players, this guy showed up in my game:

In his history, it says he was added to the game this (now last) year, but he has amazing stats for a 19 year old goalkeeper. Anyone know who he is?

A long month, but not one that should be particularly hard, starting with the visit of Võru in what should be an easy cup match. Tallinna Kalev and Levadia are the challenging games, while Sillamae and Trans could also suprise.

The tactic and roles I'm using if anyone's interested, I haven't changed any other settings.
After beating Võru in the cup we have been drawn at Tallinna Kalev, could be a tough match.

Congratulations to my II team, I guess??

In FM 08 I allowed my FC Bayern II squad to use several of my first team players, such as Pato, Bojan, and so on and so forth, so that they would come far in the cup. In fact, the strategy worked perfectly, as the Quarterfinal's of that year's Deutch Pokal was FC Bayern vs. FC Bayern II. Except that time, Bayern II didn't have Bayern's first team players... so I crushed them.

Good plan if you can afford the first team players. You do get a free pass into the next round if you can pull it off

Best of luck then...

May - Mid-season Update

So, as I said on chat:

http://i1353.photobucket.com/albums/q663/DarkMatt114/6bb8487bc3bab52055c0828412e34c31_zpsd9f78de8.png

As of this update 15 games have been played in the league season, and as I wanted to show some league statistics for all intents and purposes now it is a mid-season update.

Matches

http://i1353.photobucket.com/albums/q663/DarkMatt114/c57766cfbc95367acaeae138ab7add99_zpsccceb99a.png

As I have mentioned before, we beat lower league Võru in the cup by 4-1. In some ways, the match was tighter than the scoreline implied. We were then thrashed by Tallinna Kalev 4-0 away. I am not looking forward to the cup game against them. The next game went a little bit better, as we beat Narva Trans by a 2-1 scoreline, Juri Jevdokimov proving himself after the departure of Oliver Konsa for undisclosed reasons, by scoring a goal. I was very disappointed with the next three games, with us dominating in the second of the three but still losing. In that game, however, Juri Jevdokimov scored a brace. The last game rounded off the month and kept us in a comfortable position.

Not good, not good, and more not good.

We've been hanging around the top for most of the time, which is good.

Player Statistics

Tarmo Neemelo and Eino Puri seem to be doing the best out of our players currently. Shame Puri seems to not be able to keep fit condition-wise.

The only players of ours on here are Neemelo and Konsa, who has left the club.

June/July

As June has only three games in it, I will combine these updates.

You bring up something interesting there. No, I didn't put any first-team players in that team except Jevdokimov, who until looking at his stats I didn't have in my plans.
For my viewers, I have a question:

Is it okay to alter my reserve team striker Ken Kallaste with FMEL so he plays his real-life position of left-back? I could do with the extra cover.
