In two previous forums I have been on they both had IM, but they headed in two different directions. The first was a football forum site, it implemented the chatbox and is used and the forum takes matters into details, e.t.c the forum hardly changed. The other was a sports site the IM system was implemented and nobody used it as hardly anyone was on most of the time, as it was an international site. I don't mind but it would basicly be like FMbar cept quicker.
