Fast Striker and Target Striker

I'd pay attention to where the ball is coming from. Personally, I'd want my poacher on the same side that my attacks will typically come in from. The target man shouldn't need the ball until the last second, while the poacher can help spur on the attack by possibly drawing away defenders from the target man.
