the ones with the lighter shade of green means that the position they are assigned to is the main position, the position they play best(20 rating).the darker shade green is the position they can also play very good on(16-19).the orange is a second position(12-16), and the grey colour is the position they cant play very good.the ratings i put in the brackets are from my head and not official.check google for more accuracy.
