Guys, this seems to happen every year. People get impatient and continue to put pressure on the scout to be released. As other users have mentioned, this is a free tool so give the guy some credit!

I'm nearing the end of my first season since updating to 10.3 and I need the scout in time for the "XXXX board announce an intake of new youth players" which signals the arrival of new regens!
