3. Program won't run at all or will crash.
I have the same problem,I`m running vista. tried all the usual methods to resolve it. My older version`s still load up without problem. when I use the update in fmscout it hangs at 4% :(I appreciate all the hard work you and Eugene put into this:ave thanks
