A few things you can do. Either you can press CTRL+ALT+DEL which will obviously bring up the "windows task manager". Basically it will minimize FM for you, allowing you to access Scout.
If not you can play FM in windowed mode (see display setting on FM) which means you can easily switch between FM and Scout.
Or probably the best way is to press ALT+SHIFT which will allow you to easily flick between each progam. A nice, handy feature of Windows.
