well havent played much of the demo, i usually cant start a proper game until the full game comes out. but i agree FM 11 and FM 12 are very easy. seems like they are made for "newbie" type players. not much effort required compared to for an example fm 08 where u needed to work hard and put some hours in to get things going.
i blame the easy drop down menus when doing tactics, so unrealistic.
