I'm having issues with the FM12 Editor

i also have a same problem with my fm 12 editor on windows xp i cant open it, because it says "Did not found resource: fonts/ helveticaneueots", what can i do to solve this problem help me

and i did try to clear the cache but i didnt find any cache file in my editor folder?

can anybody help me to fix this problem...
