There are ways to get around Genie and I assume I am not the only one who has figured it out... I have been without Genie for 4 years (FM game time) and found more success since then!
How do you get around?? I'm using leeds and i don't have good scouts to scout for new players lol..my fm genie scout has the same problem as the rest and retiring my human managers does not help...sigh
