My players either aren't listening on get unhappy with my teamtalks.

when i give my team talk my players either arent listening or say there not happy with what i say no matter what i say to them, this has only happened the last couple of times ive started a new game and happens no matter what team i manage and even when assistent manager does team talks and the auto save pops up when its saving. could this be a virus and if so how do i fix it?????? and has anybody else had this problem???

no it doesnt just happen, are you saying when you start a new game and its your first friendly or league match no matter what you say to your players, 7 or 8 say there not listening and the other three or four say confused or not happy. this never used to happen to me.

This is likely to happen if you take over a big team and you have a low reputation (sunday league, semi pro etc). This will even happen if you take over a league 1 team with your reputation as sunday league. Make sure your rep matches the team your managing!

it could just be beacuse you start a new career and the players just need to jell with you more and futher on into the sosson they will get more respect for you
its the same about form when you start a new game or join a new club you just have to wait abit until you and your players get used to you
