x-law : Hughes should have been given more time. Mancini is good and all but suddenly changing the rhythm of the team is going to hurt their bid for a top 4 spot. The readjustments they will make will impact heavily since the more intense second half of the season is coming. Having little experience playing together on the pitch under Mancini might create slip-ups that will be more costly in the end. Maybe like allowing Pool into the top 4 again or maybe even Villa or Spurs.
